Your persistence will pay off and lil mama will get it sooner...or later ;)Sha Boogiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16301564784639010783noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6583975549810539272.post-85184259890098859382010-11-09T12:33:26.631-06:002010-11-09T12:33:26.631-06:00Just found your blog thanks to Supa Dave and I mus...Just found your blog thanks to Supa Dave and I must say I feel your pain because I am going through the same thing with my daughter. I had tobreak down and get a tutor because honestly the stuff they are doing now I just don't recall school being so intense in the 6th grade. I don't know about your daughter's school but the grading scale is even higher than it was when I was in school. To get an A you have to get a 95 and above, anything below 70% is an F so she does have to put the extra time in. The first report card was rough and like you I just couldn't understand how my child could be failing Social Studies but after talking with the teachers I realize she just wasn't putting the time in. Homework was a 100% but the quiz and test scores was anotha story. I have banned the name Justin Bieber from being used because like you said she could tell me every fact about him but couldn't recall a damn thing in the Social Studies book.

Love your blog
TowannaAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6583975549810539272.post-73566328461522450762010-11-09T12:03:41.752-06:002010-11-09T12:03:41.752-06:00^^^^^AND still do!^^^^^AND still do!Juanettehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08570455815260070848noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6583975549810539272.post-7345695188653897442010-11-09T12:03:05.152-06:002010-11-09T12:03:05.152-06:00Nope, stay on that azz, she'll appreciate it l...Nope, stay on that azz, she'll appreciate it later.
